My work is grounded in a simple belief: leadership begins from within, but its impact is always experienced by others. Through coaching, facilitation and speaking, I help leaders become more anchored, credible and influential in the moments that matter.

Why do some highly capable leaders still struggle to make their value land, while others seem to create influence almost effortlessly? This is something I have observed repeatedly in my work with leaders over the last 25 years.
The expertise is there. The experience is there. The intent is there.
And yet, the impact does not always match the value they bring. They are heard, but not remembered. They contribute, but their perspective does not shape the conversation. They have the authority, and not the influence. There is a gap.
I call it The Influence Gap, the invisible distance between the value you bring and the value others experience.
This is the space I work in. My approach brings together 25 plus years of working with leaders with insights from behavioural science, particularly how attention, emotion, trust and social perception shape the way leadership is experienced.
I partner with senior leaders and organisations to bridge that gap through PIV, Presence, Influence, Visibility. Closing the gap is rarely about becoming louder, more charismatic or more visible. It is about becoming more grounded in how intentionally you show up, how you influence and the impact you create.
