I believe we are at our best when we do what we love, draw on what comes naturally and use it to make a difference.

That is what Executive Presence and Influence feels like to me. It brings together something I have always valued: being present, listening deeply and creating genuine connection. It is also where I feel most in flow.

My journey began long before I knew what coaching or leadership meant.

It began on stage.

I started singing at four. Music taught me to listen, read a room, sense emotion, build rapport and adapt in the moment. I experienced that impact is not always about doing more, it is about being intentional and responding to what the moment needs.

Over time, I realised how naturally these lessons found their way into my coaching and leadership work, especially in moments that matter: a difficult conversation, a high-stakes presentation, a boardroom challenge or a situation where influence cannot come from hierarchy alone.

I believe influence begins long before we speak. It starts with how aware, grounded and present we are in the moment.

My role is to help leaders find that place within themselves, so their expertise is not only recognised, but genuinely experienced.

Over the last 25+ years, I have partnered with senior, women and technology leaders across India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

I believe the strongest executive presence becomes visible when you are fully anchored in who you are, what you bring and the impact you want to create.

And perhaps that is why the journey from stage to boardroom feels less like a career shift and more like coming full circle.

I believe most answers we seek are already within us. My role is to create the space, offer perspective and challenge assumptions. As a trusted thinking partner, I help leaders find their own answers and translate insight into action.

My approach combines executive coaching, global facilitation and deep organisational experience, grounded in cultural context and the realities of senior leadership.

My Journey

After a decade in the corporate world, I chose to reinvent my career around what I had discovered as my sweet spot: helping people find clarity, unlock potential and become impactful as leaders.

Today, my work takes me across organisations, cultures and countries. I still find my greatest sense of purpose in those moments when something shifts, a new perspective, a voice found or a possibility opened.

That is the part of my work I value most.

A Belief I Carry With Me

While walking a mountain trail in New Zealand, I came across a simple phrase that stayed with me:

"Leave the place better than you found it."

It captures how I lead my life and the impact I want to leave with my work.

Whether through a coaching conversation, a leadership room or a keynote, I want people to leave with more clarity, more confidence and discover greatness within.
